1 lb of ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 quarts of tomatoes
2 - 8 oz tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 - 3 oz can of mushrooms
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Sauce will thicken. May add more tomato juice if needed to thin. I some times use one packet of sweetner.
