1 lb. package ‘meatloaf’ mix (it usually has some pork in with the beef which makes it better than just beef)
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 cup salsa
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup Mexican shredded cheese (or cheddar)
Half packet of taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. In a shallow baking dish, shape mixture into a loaf (about 8” x 4”.) Bake 1 hour at 350 or until cooked through.
