1 15 oz. Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed) 1 15 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn 1 24 oz Can of Salsa 2-3 Boneless , Skinless Chicken Breasts
Place 1/2 can of black beans and 1/2 can of corn into bottom of crockpot. Top with whole chicken breasts, top with remaining 1/2 of beans and corn. Pour salsa over it and cook on low for 10 hours. Shred the chicken with 2 forks and mix all ingredients together. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
