eggplant, zuccinni, yellow squash, fresh spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, flour, egg and milk. oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
first, saute spinach in small amount of water or oil, set aside. slice veggies about 1/4 inch thick. make an egg wash out of eggs and milk. dip sliced veggies in flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs and fry in oil slightly on each side till brown. in a lg baking dish, start layering between sauce, veggies and cheese. top off with mozzarella and parm and bake at 350 for about an hour.
