1/3 c. White sugar
1/3c. brown sugar
Mix together the following 4 items
3/4 c. flour
1/2tsp. B. Powder
1/8tsp. B. Soda
1/8tsp. salt
1c. quick cooking rolled oats
1c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. white chips
Can layer this in a jar for Christmas as a gift with the following to be added later:
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cool in fridge 30 minutes. Drop by tsp. 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 8-10 minutes.

Layer sugar then flour(b.soda, b.powder, salt) then oats, then cranberries then white chocolate chips.
