4c. cooked yams(beat with beater)
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
2tbsp B. Sugar
1/4c. butter
Topping:
1/2c. flour
1/2c. B. Sugar
3/4c. pecans chopped fine
1/2c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook yams and then beat with the beater. Add eggs, vanilla, B. Sugar and butter. Place into a baking dish and put on the topping. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered.
