4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C. Salsa
1 Can reduced fat Cream of Chicken soup (condensed) or any other cream soup you would like
1/2 C. Reduced fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice.

I put this in the crockpot with the chicken frozen in the am and by dinner time it was ready. Also you can add a condense cheese soup if you want and it tastes really good that way as well!
