1 head Cauliflower
Butter
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut leaves off cauliflower head. Cut head in half.
Place cauliflower in large saucepan filled with approx. 2-3 inches of water and cover.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until very soft and mushy.
Drain all water.
Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.

I know this might not sound like a great recipe, but it tastes wonderful. The cauliflower when soft is creamy and buttery and is a great side for steak, chicken, or pork!
