2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. crisco
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the shortening into the flour with a fork until crumbly. make into 2 disk and cover with wax paper and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove from refrigerator and roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper for each disk. Place in freezer for 2 few minutes to get really chilled so it is easier to place into pan and wont crumble.

Fill with favortie pie filling and bake according to directions.
