1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. melted butter
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or blender. Melt a little butter in the pan to make the first one. Pour enough batter into the heated skillet to coat the bottom as you swirl it around.

We fill ours with applesauce and dust with powdered sugar.
