Tri Tip Roast
11/2 onions, separated
3 garlic cloves, whole but crushed
1 garlic clove, minced
season with garlic salt and pepper
1 small can diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with garlic salt and pepper and put in crock pot on low overnight w/ onion and garlic. Let cool then shred. Saute meat with more chopped onion and minced garlic and diced green chiles.

Fill flour tortilla, roll and saute in 1 T. canola oil until browned on all sides. Add more oil as you go.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
