1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bottled non fat Italian dressing (yes, that's right)
1 T. chopped, peeled fresh ginger
3/4 t. dried crushed red pepper
1/2 t. curry powder
1/4 t. ground turmeric
4 chicken breasts, diced

1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a 8 x 8 glass baking dish or freezer bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to one day.

Remove chicken from marinade and reserve. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet over med high heat. Add chicken and saute until brown about 3 minutes per side. Add reserved marinade and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered until chicken is good through about 5 minutes.
