-12 corn tortillas
- Pam
-Pepper
-Salt
-Optional spices: Tajin fruit seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat your oven to 350
-Poke holes with a fork on the tortillas
- Spray pam on a cookie sheet or pizza pan
- Arrange tortillas so that they are not overlapping
-Spray them with Pam on top as well
- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper to taste (and any other spices you may feel compelled to try. If you're feeling adventurous, try "Tajin" a chile, lime, and salt blend you can find at the Mexican section at your store- it tastes a little bit sour and hot)
- Bake for 15 minutes on one side, flip them for other 15 minutes

Bake them, save them in tupperware, and enjoy for about 100 calories a piece. Crunchy!

I have these for lunch with ratatouille, as a snack with some avocado, lime, and salt, or just plain.
