2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
5 1/2 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pineapple in 8x12 in greased casserole dish. Melt 1 stick of margarine, add sugar, flour and grated. Mix well, pour of pineapple. Mix Ritz cracker crumbs and remaining margarine. Spread this mixture over top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
