2 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup shredded coconut
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle coconut into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Mix other ingredients (sugar and flour). Add beaten eggs and milk. Pour over coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
