1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin
S&P
flour
olive oil
dry white wine
butter
egg noodles
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tenderloin into 1/4 in. thick slices and pound 1/4 in thick and season with s&p, coat in flour, brown in olive oil in lrg skillet over med-hi heat 1-2 minutes per side. Remove. To the skillet add 2/3 cup of the wine and 2 T. of butter; cook for 1 min. Add the por and toss. serve w/egg noodles and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
