1 pound small navy beans
3/4 pound salt pork, diced
1 large onion,chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup (packed)dark brown sugar
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Place navy beans in large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook for 39 minutes. Drain beans; reserve liquid. Place beans in earthenware bean pot. Add pork, onion, salt, mustard, molasses, sugar and tomato sauce; mix well. Cover beans with reserved liquid; cover pot. Bake in preheated 200-degree oven for 12 hours; remove lid. Pour catsup over top; bake for 30 minutes longer.
