1 1/2 pounds top beef roundsteak
1 cup water
1 medium onion (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 medium green peppers cut into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2-3 teaspoons sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2-5 medium tomatoes
3-4 cups cooked rice

Directions:

Cut meat into large 1" cubes. Brown in a pan sprayed with Pam. Stir in onions, water, garlic salt and ginger Heat to boiling, reduce heat, simmer 12-15 minutes. Add green pepper strips. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sugar (optional) and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture stirring constantly till thick. Simmer 1 minute. Add tomato sections till just hot (3 minutes.) Serve over rice- Delectable!
