1 unbaked 9" pie shell
3 tablespoon flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup Half and Half
3 1/2 cups peeled and sliced firm-ripe peaches
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust. Chill pie shell and prick a little with fork. Bake in a 400 degrees for approximately 6 minutes. Mix next 5 ingredients, add cream and mix well. Put sliced peaches in a shell, pour cream mixture over fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
