1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. plain yogurt
16 oz. lowfat cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 bunch of chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
To make mixture, mix yogurt, cottage cheese, spinach and green onions. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Pour half a jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan. Add dry, uncooked lasagna noodles on top of spaghetti sauce. Spread 1/2 of the mixture on top of the noodles. Sprinkle 1 C. mozzarella cheese on top of mixture. Then repeat the layers again. Pour about 1/2 cup of water along the edges of the pan. Then cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for one hour and 15 minutes. Cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
