1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
6 tortillas spread with 4 1/2 oz butter
can chopped olives
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions and add seasonings. Add tomato sauce. In a casserole dish alternate layers of buttered tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese. Add water. Cover and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
