1 can of crunchy chow mein noodles
4 c. rice
2 lbs. cubed cooked chicken
3-4 tomatoes
1 c. chicken gravy (Heinz in a jar is fine!)
1 c. celery chopped
1 c. pineapple chunks (smaller chunks, if possible)
1 c. onions chopped
1 c. chicken gravy
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Put each ingredient in a separate bowl in the order it is listed above. Guests layer the ingredients on their own plates as they move through the buffet.
