1 can (141/2 oz) Del Monte diced tomatoes w/ garlic & onion
1/3 c. Del Monte thick & chunky salsa medium
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. red wine or cider vinegar
1 large head of romaine lettuce chopped
4 boneless chicken breasts cooked and chopped
1 can (8oz) kidney beans, drained
1 c. (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes reserving 1 T. liquid.
Make dressing by blending reserved tomato liquid, salsa oil and vinegar.
Toss lettuce and tomatoes with chicken, beans and cheese in a large bowl. Add dressing as desired. Add chips and serve.
