2 c. instant corn masa mix
1 1/8 c. water

Sauce:
1 T. cooking oil
1 T. flour
15 oz. can enchilada sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
3 T. peanut butter

Condiments:
grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, sour cream, chopped onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until dough forms a firm ball. Add 1-2 T. water if dough is too dry. Form and flatten dough ball in your hand or in between 2 pieces of wax paper about 1/4 inch thick. Cook on a hot skillet (greased or ungreased) for 1-2 minutes each side.

For sauce:
Put in order into saucepan and cook until peanut butter blends.

Dip each tortilla in above sauce and top with condiments.
