1 c. milk
2 T. oil
2 T. sugar or honey
2 eggs
1 c. uncooked whole wheat kernals
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put wheat and milk in the blender. Blend on high for several minutes, until batter is smooth. Add other ingredients and blend on low until well combined. Pour batter from blender onto hot griddle to make pancakes.

Dana's note: Super healthy and stick to the ribs! I add fresh blueberries to the batter sometimes.
