3 onions chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
3T olive oil
2 (28oz) cans crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2T each of dried basil, oregano, fennel and sugar
Salt to taste
Red pepper flakes for a little kick

Directions:

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
