c. chopped onion
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. curry
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. turmeric
1 c. mango chutney
1 c. diced tomatoes
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.

Serve over brown rice.

Chicken can be frozen with the sauce for a quick meal. Increase cooking time 20 minutes or so.
