2 ½ C. oats ½ C. brown sugar ½ C. chopped nuts 1/3 C honey 1/3 C. melted butter ¼ C. bran or wheat germ 1 t. cinnamon 1 t. vanilla ½ c. golden raisins
Add the dry ingredients together except the raisins. Melt the butter and add the honey and vanilla to it. Pour over the oat mixture and combine. Pour into a casserole dish or jelly roll pan and bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Add the raisins after the granola comes out of the oven and let cool.
