3/4 Cup Miracle Whip Dressing
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Red Onion
8 oz Bacon, Fried Crisp and crumbled
1 head Cauliflower, cut in pieces
6 Cups torn lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing, cheese and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, except lettuce; mix lightly. Let set for a few hours. One hour before serving, add lettuce and toss.
