1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 pint (2 cups) milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 envelope of Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 pint whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in milk until thick and creamy. Add salt and gelatin in cold water and add to the hot rice. Let cool until it begins to set. Add whipping cream, sugar, and flavorings. Then, mix with rice. Put into molds. Serve with fresh or frozen, raspberry or strawberry sauce.
