Personal Notes:
This makes a big batch of chili you'll be eager to eat the first time and however many rounds of leftovers you get! I've used a plain smoked sausage and the chicken apple variety and both offer the permeating smoked flavor distinguishes this chili. It's heaven to smell cooking all day as well as to sit down to supper with!
