1-1/2 c. flour
1 c oats
1/2 c. grape nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. softened butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
11.5-12 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease cookie sheets or use non-stick.

Mix sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Add chocolate chips and grape nuts. Use tsp. size dough. Bake until very light brown (10-14 minutes). Yield: 6 dozen
