Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Prepare angel-food cake according to the directions on the box.

Danish Junket can be found in the Jello section of the store. Available in Strawberry or raspberry flavor. I usually prepare strawberry but there is no reason you couldn't substitute raspberry mix and fruit. Prepare according to directions or substitute with a box of pudding. Cool to room temperature.

Whipped cream can be purchased in cans or prepared from scratch. Or use Cool Whip.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cake into 1" cubes. In a large sundae dish add alternating layers of Danish Junket or pudding, cake, and whipped cream (or frozen whipped cream).

Personal Notes:
This is so simple to make. And delicious! There are a hundred variations of this recipe and I'm certain they would all be a hit. Serving in a bowl also works well but the tall Ice Cream Sundae dishes make for a colorful display.
