2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
10 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. can refried beans
16 small corn tortillas
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain. Mix hamburger/onions with enchilada sauce, soups, and refried beans. Begin to layer in greased 9 x 13 pan: corn tortillas, meat sauce, cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350. Serve with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top after casserole cools slightly.
