1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups frozen sliced carrots
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3 oz. can French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli and carrots in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Cover and microwave 10 minutes on high and drain. Stir in corn, cheese and seasonings. Sprinkle with onion rings. Microwave on medium 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
