1 c. half and half
3 sm. cans whole green chiles
1/2 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1 8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat half and half with eggs and flour until smooth. Slit open chiles, rinse away seeds and drain on paper towels. Mix cheeses and reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Make alternate layers of remaining cheese, chiles and egg mixture in casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake a 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4. Recipe can be increased.
