8 lb. meat, 4 onions chopped, 4 lg. cans crushed tomatoes, 2 lg. can tomato sauce, 2 lg. can tomato paste, 3 lg. mushrooms, 2 can kidney beans, 2 can chili beans, 2 T chili seasoning, 2 t chili powder, thyme, wostershire sauce and salt & pepper to taste.

Brown meat the combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat for 30 min. reduce heat to med-low and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
