1 med chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup instant rice
2 cans Mexicorn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup margarine
1 cup water
1 cup cheese whiz
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and peppers in margarine, Add water and bring to boil. Add rice, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add corn, and mushroom soup. Then add cheese whiz. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350
