2 C. flour
2 C. cornmeal
1 tsp salt
3/4 C. sugar
8 tsp baking powder
3/4 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients; add oil, eggs and milk.

Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes.

This recipe makes a 13 x 9" cake pan. It can be cut in half and baked in smaller pan.
