25-35 small to med cucumbers sliced thinly
6 med white or yellow onions sliced thinly
2 green peppers chopped (optional)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup pickling salt
5 cup sugar
3 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
2 Tbs mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onion, pepper, & whole garlic cloves. Add salt, cover with cracked ice, mix thoroughly. Let stand 3 hrs and drain well. Remove garlic. Combine remaining ingredients pour over cucumber and mix. Bring to a boil.
. Fill hot jars to 1/2 inch from top. Seal and process in boiling water for 5 minutes. Start timing when water begins to boil.
