1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 small onion chopped
1 quart of half and half
1 lb of Velvetta cheese cubed
2 cans of cream of potato soup
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions on box. Add chopped onion to rice as it is cooking. Mix together half and half, cream of potato soup, cheese cubes, rice. Cook until cheese in melted and soup is thick. Add bacon prior to serving.
