Layer 1: 1 cup flour
1 stick margarine (softened)
1/2 cup nuts
Mix together, press in 9x13 pan and bake at
350 for 15 minutes

Layer 2: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 large tub Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Beat with mixer

Layer 3: 2 small boxes instant pudding
3 cups milk
Mix together

Layer 4: Cool Whip and cover with chopped
pecans . Refrigerate.
