1 1/4 cups water
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except olive oil into the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer, select dough cycle; start;
or dissolve yeast in warmed water and add all other ingredients except olive oil. Mix until blended.
Preheat outdoor grill on medium heat. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and divide into 6-8 pieces. Roll each piece out into a circle that is about 5-6 inches round. Brush the top of each circle with olive oil. Place bread circles oil side down onto the grill. Brush the other side with olive oil, and watch carefully. When the bottom side is browned, turn over the bread and grill the other side until golden. If desired sprinkle with garlic powder. Serve with grilled chicken, steak, tomatoes, olives, lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, feta cheese, sliced green onions and Tzatziki sauce. Hint: When serving 8 or more 3X this recipe.
