Juice of 1 lime (3-4 T.) or bottled lime juice
1 1/2 - 2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin powder
4 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. minced garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder

4 chicken breasts
1 or 2 green peppers
1 large onion
1/3 cup salsa
Grated cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in large bowl.

Then, slice 4 chicken breasts into thin strips (easiest if partially frozen), and mix in with above, and let marinate for 15 minutes while you slice:
1 or 2 green peppers
1 large onion (cut in half lengthwise, then in half again, and again, etc., until widest part is less than one-half inch)
Heat 2 T oil in skillet on medium high heat, and saute marinated chicken until cooked through (about 5 minutes or so); then add the green pepper and onion and saute until tender-crisp. Add one-third cup salsa, mix in, and serve wrapped inside flour tortillas, or fried corn tortillas, with grated cheese and/or sour cream, if desired.
