4 lg chicken breasts, cooked 1 can water chestnuts 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. shredded cheese 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 onion, chopped
Cook and cut chicken into small pieces. Cook rice according to directions. Mix chicken with rice and remaining ingredients except the cheese. Pour mixture into 13x9" pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake @350º for 30-35 minutes.
