3 lbs grd beef
4 links hot It sausage
3 large onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 jumbo can ( 6 lb) can crushed tomatoes
1 jumbo can (6 lb) can tom puree or sauce
3 TBSP It seasoning (heaping)
2 TBSP oregano (heaping)
1 TBSP basil (heaping)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp blk pepper
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Remove It sausage from casings and brown with the ground beef. (no chunks of meat) Saute all the onions & peppers in meat fat. Add garlic last minute. Mix in large pot with the crushed tomatoes & puree. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 3-4 hours.
