Dressing: 1 large shallot, minced
1/2 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. Coarsely cracked black pepper
1Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Water
1/2 tsp. Salt

2 large firm pears peeled & cut into 1/2 inch dice
12 cups salad greens
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients, shake well and chill.
Put salad greens in a large serving bowl,add pears, pine nuts, and blue cheese to salad..
toss with chilled dressing and serve.
