Lunch size bags of Tortilla Chips
1 pound ground beef (or more depending on size of group)
Diced tomatoes
Onion - chopped fine
Peppers - various chopped
1 can black beans drained
Lettuce - shredded
Black olives - sliced
Shredded cheese - one bag white / one bag yellow
Salsa
Sour Cream

Directions:

Brown the beef. Put all ingredients out in bowls. Lightly crush the chips, open the bag, spoon in your preferred ingredients. Eat out of the bag (with a fork!)

This is a great recipe for teens - youth group events, graduation parties. The clean up is easy - just throw the bag away!
