Rice (brown or white)
Vegetable oil
Chopped onion
Chopped green onion (optional)
2-4 Eggs, beaten
Frozen peas or mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Soy sauce
Cooked shrimp, chicken, pork or beef

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe has no amounts because you can prepare as little or as much as you want. Prepare rice according to directions. While rice is cooking, heat oil in large skillet. Add onion; saute for 1 minute. Add eggs and scramble. Fold in your choice of meat or seafood, vegetables, garlic, rice and soy sauce. Heat through. Top with green onions.
