1/2 cup sour cream dip (Ranch, Chive, or French onion)
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cans (15 1/4 each) fiesta or Mexican corn, drained
Corn chips or cheese crackers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dip, flour and sugar. Add corn. Spoon into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with corn chips or crackers.
